Endau-Rompin National Park is an 80,000-hectare park with a diverse and vigorous rain forest! It is currently the second-largest national park in the country and the world’s oldest rainforest! If you want to explore this park, first you need to get to the management office to get a permit!

Kinabalu National Park is located in Sabah built way back in 1964. In 2000, it was included as one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sights and became the first World Heritage Site of Malaysia. It is also the Centre of Plant Diversity for South East Asia boasting more than 5,000 vascular plant species and fauna!

Gunung Mulu National Park is the second park listed as a World Heritage Site in the country and one of the Eight Wonders of the World! There are many underground caves here, gorgeous limestone terrain and the famous “bats patrol”!

Taman Negara National Park is the largest nature reserve in Malaysia. It covers an area of 4,343 square kilometers and the oldest tropical rainforest in the world, even longer than the Amazon rainforest! This beautiful virgin rainforest is already 130 million years old!

This beautiful national park is located in Sabah comprising of five islands namely Pulau Gaya, Pulau Manukan, Pulau Mamutik, Pulau Sulug, and Pulau Sapi. In order to protect the marine ecology of the park, Tunku Abdul Rahman National Park was officially listed as a marine ecological national park in 1974.
