The first “Litchi Kiln Roasted Chicken” in Malaysia is located in the farmhouse Kampung Life in Pekanana! The “Litchi Kiln Roasted Chicken” and “Litchi Chai Roast Chicken” are all made from Chinese lychee and grilled in a special circular earthen kiln. The earthen kiln distributes well the heat temperature so that every part of the chicken is evenly cooked and the moisture is completely locked in the meat! The meat is tender and delicious, juicy and the crunchy skin is even more tempting!
