On January 10, 2017, AirAsia will increase service at Johor Bahru as schedules additional domestic flight and adds new service to Jakarta.
AirAsia: Southern Malaysia and Indonesia to provide more way points to travelers
According to the report of shinchew.com, AirAsia commercial director Teck Loong Lee said in the past few years, AirAisa is committed to enhance Malaysia’s and other hubs. The company proudly introduce other new international routes that will caters direct flights to Jakarta, Indonesia. Thus, more people will be able to travel to different destinations in Malaysia.
125 flights-per-week operation
AirAsia Groups (AirAsia Malaysia and Indonesia) currently operates 125 weekly flights to the new international airport, including international and domestic routes.

Restoring Thoreau route to Kuala Lumpur
