Astaka Holdings set off a new significant achievement as the iconic The Astaka tops off twin towers in Johor Bahru!

Building Southeast Asia’s tallest skyscrapers consulted renowned architects

This ultra luxurious condo in Malaysia stands 915 feet overshadowing the region’s current tallest residential tower which stands 846.4 feet only!

It consists of 438 residential units and  said to be one of Malaysia’s top 10 tallest buildings and the tallest in the region of Johor Bahru.

The Astaka Holdings Ltd invited some of the world’s renowned architects to build this astounding five-star skyscraper. These architects have a strong background on construction and are involved on some of Dubai and Singapore’s tallest buildings.

$6 billion integrated development project

The project is divided into three major phases and is expected to be completed in the next six years. So far, the first phase residential building with a value of 1.4 billion ringgit will be completed next year which will focus on condo units, shopping malls, office establishments and a five-star hotel!

The project attracted many overseas investors!

70% of The Astaka property has been sold to Singaporeans accounted for the 40% of foreign buyers on the local Iskandar economic development.
