Mall and theme park—two of the most favorite spots especially for those who want to relax and have fun at the same time. Speaking of, Johor Bahru’s Central 21, an entertainment mall built with an indoor theme park is expected to be opened this August!
According to the online report of News Channel Asia, the mall, covering 1.2 million sq. ft. will include MCM Studio, the largest indoor theme park in Southeast Asia and the fifth in the world. It will take up the entire third and fourth levels of the mall featuring three main sections, Movie Planet, Cartoon Planet and Music Planet.
The first section of the theme park will be composed of exhilarating rides like Transformers, Dinosaur World and Haunted House. The second division is for kids, showcasing kids’ attractions while the last, Music Planet will be comprised of circus, musical and theatrical performances of prominent personalities.
In addition to the theme park, Capital 21 also showcases three floors of retail including thematic zones with elements from five different continents—America, Europe, Australia, Asia and Middle East.
“Our theme park is the major attraction for this project, supported by the shopping centre. The rest are purely shopping centres with similar retailers. What we have done is totally different,” the group director for Capital World Siow Chen Fu stated.
So, expect that Central 21 will going to be a one-of-a-kind entertainment mall.
