There are many people who have applied for the AstraZeneca vaccination and completed the form filling procedure, but they still have not received the notice from the authorities. Are you one of them? No worries! In fact, you can ask the relevant department to check the progress of your vaccination application through My Sejahtera.
Step 1: Open My Sejahtera App, close the check in page, and click Helpdesk in the upper right corner
Step 2: Click Start
Step 3: Some options will be shwon, please click the first “Vaccine Appointment”
Step 4: Then click option A again, indicating that you have not received the appointment time after applying for vaccination.
Step 5: The page will ask you to check and update the information. If you have confirmed that the information is correct earlier, please click “No, it dosen’t work”
Step 6: According to the instructions on the page, fill in the User ID and IC of MySejahtera, click Next and then fill in the email, and then click Submit. The authorities will reply via email in 5 days.
