The Penawar River, on the other hand, is perfect for adventure seekers as it has a 350-meter long, looping lazy river. It also offers rides like Wild Whirl and Super Twister, and the Tempest, a 60-meter-diameter tornado-shaped funnel.

For more thrills, opt the Shipwreck Reef, a zone in which is not advisable for faint-hearted. This will make you experience how its like to be in a rolling boat which will take you 30-meter above the ground before descending and spinning through a full 360-degree horizontal loop, following a 27-meter drop. (Intense, right?)

As for the Tidal Wave Beach zone, it offers one of the biggest wave pools in the world, where you can experience the fun and excitement of big ocean-like waves.

The last zone, the Kids Ahoy, is designed for children. It has three separate age-appropriate play areas filled with water play equipment with a combination of 13 different water slides like Li’l Warrior’s, Scallywags and Starfish Splash.

In addition, DCAWP also provides amenities like prayer rooms, first-aid rooms, restrooms, lockers, cabanas and more which can give comfort and safety to the visitors.

For a more convenient access to the waterpark, free shuttle services will be provided to DCAWP and within Desaru Coast.
