Maybank has gradually replaced the previous SMS TAC password verification with Secure2u verification. The function of Secure2u is to allow users to choose whether to agree to the transaction when using Maybank2u for transactions. If you accidentally lose the phone bound to Seruce2u, don’t panic! There are 3 ways to unbind Secure2u without your phone!
Method 1: Cancel the binding through Maybank2u official website
After logging in to the Maybank2u website, click to enter Setting, click Security, then select Secure2u, and select Disable Secure2u.

Method 3: get help from online customer service through Maybank2u official website.
In addition, if you are using a new phone, you only need to download and log in to the Maybank app on the new phone to activate Secure2u, and Secure2u on the old phone will be automatically unbound.
