The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) stated on Sunday that all of its offices and service counters across Malaysia will be closed during phase one of the total lockdown from June 1 to 14.
As a result, all previous Janji Temu Online (JTO) appointments will be cancelled. If members need to be present at EPF branches in person, they must reschedule their visits to a later date using the JTO service once the whole lockdown period ended.
It stated that for members who requested for i-Sinar withdrawals and are awaiting payment through payment order (PO), the EPF branches would call them to arrange for the PO to be picked up at the branch of their choice.
