According to The Star, PublicInvest Research estimates that Mid Valley Southkey Megamall is the most comprehensive retail store with a business plan worth RM6 billion. IGP Bhd aims to provide an advanced version of the existing Mid Valley mall in Kuala Lumpur to this 6th floor retail store! Other phases to rise includes three hotels, four offices and a service apartment with a development period of 12 years!

Also, the PublicInvest Research said that Mid Valley Southkey Megamall expects a net lettable area of RM1.5 billion to be finished by the end of 2019!
