Most of the scenes took place at the More More Tea Inn. It is located in front of Laguna Redang Island Resort and it is now a souvenir shop and bar.

4. Redang Reef Resort
Compared to other resorts, this one is more affordable but still famous among tourists. The place is perfect for a moonlight viewing!

Travelling on a strict budget? You should consider booking at this resort! The facilities are simple but you can still have fun especially during Saturday night where their famous Open-Air night club is at high!
It is good to pay attention to the place warnings and signals. The network and mobile phone signals in the area is not stable. Also, villas hung up their red flag to indicate that the climate isn’t suitable for swimming. Safety always matters.
How to get to the island? When is the best time to visit?
Redang Airport is the only airport on the island where passengers can fly directly from Kuala Lumpur or Singapore. you can book your flight via Malaysia’s successful group of airlines.
If you think the flight is too expensive, you can also opt for a drive going to the port of Kuala Terengganu (Kuala Terengganu Shahbandar Jetty). The port will provide you a boat service going to the island. It is also recommended to stay in contact with the hotel staff, some resorts provide a private speedboat service to their guests.
When you should visit the island? From November to the end of February, most of the island’s resort and facilities are closed, this is because of the heavy rain caused by the northeast monsoon. It is best to travel between March to October where the climate is tropical. To enjoy the island, you must not forget to bring your sunscreen with you!
