As announced by Sime Darby Auto Performance (SDAP), Porsche’s local distributor, the famous car brand will be opening its first-ever car sales and service center in Johor Bahru. A total of RM48 million will be invested in setting up showrooms and maintenance centers in the area and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2020.

The Porsche Sales and Service Center in Johor Bahru has a total area of 74,000 square feet, whilst the building itself measures an area of 58,000 square feet. It will be going to be the first 4S Porsche Center in Johor Bahru which includes car sales, parts supply, maintenance, and body repair and paint functions.
As of now, Porsche only has sales and service bases in Kuala Lumpur and Penang but by the first quarter of 2020, a brand new Porsche center will be completed in Johor Bahru.
