The honorable Sultan of Johor, Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar, is turning 59 this coming Thursday! To mark the celebration, the Sultan unveils its special gift for Johoreans!
On Thursday, in line with the celebration of his 59th birthday, the Sultan of Johor will provide an affordable housing scheme for the people of Johor!
The said project is under the Sultan Ibrahim Foundation, in cooperation with Bank Rayat. The project aims to provide affordable housing for the people. For only RM1, applicants can already avail a full loan with an easy repayment terms!
This event will have a soft launch this coming Wednesday at Galleria@Kotaraya! The Sultan aims to make housing affordable especially for those employees that are average wage earner. He even added that he’s envisioning to change the housing industry and reduce property prices in Johor.
