Pantai Air Papan is a 2-kilometer long sandy beach with many ephedras and coconut trees along the coast. The sea features a crystal clear water where residents of Mersing can swim and/or relax.

Obvious for its name, Nasi Dagang Mak Yah is one of the best spots to have a taste of Nasi Dagang, which is a traditional specialty of Malaysians. It is a molded rice wrapped in banana leaves served with fish and curry sauce.
