So, better get your wallets ready as early as now for a shop-till-you-drop moments!
1. Capital 21
The Capital 21, which will be strategically located along Jalan Tampoi, covers 1.2 million square feet with 1,200 retail space ranging from 120 square feet and up to 5,000 square feet. Based on the name of the shopping mall, Capital 21 features different capital cities in each floor. In addition, it will house the largest indoor theme park in Southeast Asia and the fifth in the world. It will take up the entire third and fourth levels of the mall featuring three main sections, Movie Planet, Cartoon Planet and Music Planet.

2. Country Garden Shopping Mall
Set at the spectacular seaside of Danga Bay facing the Straits of Johor and Singapore City boasting 70,000 square meters of retail space. Country Garden will consist of 5 blocks of 5-star Service Apartments, 12 blocks of condominiums and a proposed future development of a Rapid Transit System linking to Singapore Woodlands North MRT.
3. D’Pristine @ Medini
This mall, taking up 2, 300 acres of land, offers a picturesque view of the lakes and Legoland Theme Park Malaysia, as well as 4-star hotel, 2 small SOFO towers and avant-garde office tower and 3-storey lifestyle mall.
4. Mid Valley SouthKey Megamall
Once completed, this shopping mall located inside the SouthKey Township will serve as the largest mall in the region of Johor, which covers 36-acres of land. Mid Valley SouthKey Megamall will be consist of 30-storey tower blocks, 4 office blocks, Cineplex and bowling alley, as well as 3 hotels—Boulevard Hotel, Cititel Johor Bahru Hotel and the Gardens Hotel.

1. Helios Cove Shopping Mall
Helios Cove’s Stellar Wall serves as the first child-centered shopping mall in Johor Bahru as it provides G-kids children theme park, Snow City theme park (across the Stellar Square), Dorsett Hotel (next to Stellar Walk), local bank, college and Malay and Chinese local street culture.
