If all you do with your favorite Oreo cookie is to dip it in milk, guess it is time to make some room for improvements!

 

1. Oreo Chocolate Cake

Ingredients: Oreo Cookies 1, Chocolate milk 100ml

 

1. Crush Orea and cream together

2. Add 100ml of chocolate milk and mix well

3. Finally, put it on a steamer for 20 minutes, and it’s ready to serve!

 

2. Oreo Yogurt Cake

Ingredients: Oreo cookies 4, Butter 30g, Milk 120g, Gelatin 15g, Yogurt 80g

 

1. Crush the Oreo biscuits into powder (set aside some of it for later), add melted butter and mix well. Place and flatten it in a molder and refrigerate for 20 minutes

2. In a pot, cook the soaked gelatin. Then, turn off the heat and pour the yogurt. Add the remaining crushed Oreo biscuits and mix together. Pour the mixture in the molder and refrigerate for 4 hours!

 

3. Oreo Cheesecake

For the base: 

 

One pack of Oreo cookies, Digestive cookies 120g, Butter 100g

 

For the filling:

 

Cream Cheese 500g, Whipped Cream 250g, Oreo cookies, Caster Sugar 140g, Gelatin Powder 1 tablespoon, Warm Water 2 tablespoons

 

1. Dissolve the butter and set aside

2. Using a knife, scrape the fillings of the Oreo biscuits. Crush the Oreo cookies and Digestive cookies. Mix together

3. Add the melted butter and mix well. Place the crushed biscuits in a container and flatten it, refrigerate for about half an hour

4. Crush the Oreo biscuits with fillings and set aside.

5. Dissolve the gelatin in warm water

6. Next, mix together the cream cheese and sugar, set aside.

7. Quickly add the whipping cream and the cream cheese mixture on the dissolved gelatin and mix well. Finally, add the crushed Oreo biscuits, mix well.

8. Remove the base of the cake on the refrigerator and pour the filling. Refrigerate overnight.

 

4. Oreo Crepe Cake

Ingredients (A): Fresh milk 225g, Eggs 135g, Ordinary flour 65g, salt 1/4 teaspoon, Powdered Sugar 30g

Ingredients (B): Butter 30g (dissolved in water)

 

1. Mix together all the ingredients in set A. Let it rest for 30 minutes before adding the dissolved butter

2. In a non-stick pan under medium heat, scoop an appropriate amount of batter and create a thin crepe.

3. Always stir the batter before scooping. Once the area turns yellow, you can remove it from the pan and just repeat the process until there’s enough crepe for your cake.

 

Filling Ingredients:

 

Set A:

– Cream Cheese 150g

– Dairy Whipping Cream 50g

– Egg yolks 2

– Instant coffee essence 10g

– Powdered sugar 30g

 

Set B:

– Plant-based whipped cream 200g (whipped until thick)

 

Set C:

– Ladyfinger biscuits 10 (cut into small pieces)

– Coffee Wine 100ml (mix with 80ml of water)

 

For decoration: Cocoa powder + filling

 

1. Dissolve all the Set A ingredients with water and stir well. Add the Set B ingredients, mix well and set aside

2. Place a piece of crepe in a board and coat it with the filling. Make sure all sides and evenly filled

3. For the third layer, apply a thin layer of filling, then dip the ladyfingers into the coffee wine and arrange it. Then, put another layer of filling and crepe

4. Add the finger biscuits dipped in coffee wine on the third, seventh, eleventh, and fifteenth layers.

5. Once finish, wrap the cake using a plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. For finishing, top the cake with cocoa powder!

 

5. Oreo Vanilla Milkshake

Ingredients: Fresh milk 80ml, Oreo chocolate cookies 7-8 pieces, Vanilla Ice Cream 1 small box

 

1. Crush the Oreo chocolate cookies. Take out a small portion and set aside

2. Mix all the ingredients in a juicer. Pour the remaining Oreo cookies in a cup then pour the mixture! Decorate your Oreo Vanilla Milkshake with Oreo cookies!
