1. Pork BBQ

Ingredients: 500g pork belly, 1 scoop char siew sauce, 1 scoop soy sauce, 1 scoop cooking wine, half scoop oil, 3 sugar candies, 1 chive, water

 

1. Marinate the pork belly using soy sauce, char siew sauce, oil and cooking wine for at least 20 minutes.

2. Brush the rice cooker with oil, put the marinated belly and add the rock sugar, chives and a small bowl of water.

3. Turn on the rice cooker. Toss the meat a few times to make sure that all sides are cook evenly! Also, be sure that the meat is fully covered with sauce to avoid dryness and becomes more flavorful.

 

2. Chicken with Scallion Oil

Ingredients: 1 chicken, 1 spoon of salt, 1 spoon of crushed black pepper, 2 spoons cooking wine, 2 spoons soy sauce, oil, 2 millet peppers, scallion and ginger

 

1. Wash the chicken and drizzled it with salt and pepper. Set aside for 1 hour or refrigerate overnight to make it tastier.

2. Place the ginger and scallion on the rice cooker then add the marinated chicken.

3. Turn on the rice cooker. After 5 minutes, add the soy sauce, onion, and millet then drizzle with hot oil!

 

3. Roasted Chicken

Ingredients: Chicken, scallion, ginger, dark soy sauce, salt, sugar, cooking wine, oyster sauce, powdered pepper

 

1. Compress the chicken wings and thigh using a toothpick. In a container, put the chicken then add three spoons of soy sauce, two spoons of dark soy sauce, two spoons of salt, two spoons of sugar, one spoon of cooking wine, one spoon of oyster sauce, one spoon of pepper. Apply evenly.

2. Add ginger slices then massage the chicken for few minutes so it can fully absorb all the ingredients added. Then, place the shallots and ginger slices inside the chicken’s belly.

3. Put the chicken in a bad with 5-6 slices of shallots and pepper then refrigerate for more than 3 hours

4. Spread the shallots and the ginger slices on the rice cooker before placing the chicken and its sauce. Cook for 40 minutes.

 

4. Lou Mei

Ingredients: Pig’s trotters, chicken feet, chicken wings, quail eggs, tofu skin, 3 tablespoons dark soy sauce, 1 spoon oyster sauce, 1 spoon sugar, half spoon salt, 1 can of beer, 2 star anise, 1 cinnamon stick, 3 pieces bay leaf, pepper, half shallot, ginger, cooking wine

 

1. In a pot, add the cooking oil. Once the cooking oil boils, add the pig trotters and the chicken feet and wings. Let it boil. Remove the foam when boiling.

2. After boiling, put it inside a rice cooker with all the dry ingredients including shallot, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaf, pepper, dark soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, beer, and cover. Cook it under the stew function of the cooker.

 

5. Cola Chicken Wings

Ingredients: Chicken wings, coke, dark soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, ginger

Ingredients: Pork ribs, onion, ginger, potato, dark soy sauce, sugar, Lao Gan Ma

 

1. Boil the pork ribs with sliced onion and ginger

2. Add oil in the rice cooker, then put the onion, ginger and pork ribs. Cook for about 10 minutes

3. In a bowl, mix together 1 spoon soy sauce, half spoon sugar, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce and Lao Gan Ma with a half bowl of water. Once it is completely mixed, pour it into the rice cooker.

4. Simmer for 40 minutes.
