Breathe in fresh air and enjoy the sound of silence at South Batam, which is said to be one of the must-visit tourist attractions in Kluang. It is located about 5 kilometers in the eastern side city of Lulu and has a main peak height of 510 meters above sea level. Nanba Mountain is divided into Nanshan and Beishan. Due to the developed hiking trails, climbers can choose which route to climb; it will take about 3-4 hours to reach the top of the mountain from the horn. In addition, this mountain is closer to the urban area where elevation is low and the climbing path is so clear, which makes it be a good choice for first-time climbers.

Since Nanba Mountain Beishan – 505 meters above sea level – is next to the road, behind a resort pool, Valentine Bridge, and mountain waterway, climbers will not only be doing a plain hiking but will also have the chance to admire beautiful sceneries!

Beishan Mountain has this giant trees with yellow leaves, which is said that more than dozen of people can hold on it together. Another remarkable spot in the mountain is the natural ladder and double-layer waterfalls.

Though Beishan and Nanshan share the same height, the latter is more subtle than the first one. It has paths from the resort next to the pool. In addition, its quiet and cool environment is also notable.

The forest is covered with a variety of tropical wood species like Tongkat Ali, which can be found everywhere. You can also admire the beauty of Lam Lam, wild millet, ornate incense and other plants; and you can pick them, too! As to animals, there are also monkeys and squirrel!
