1. Toppen Shopping Centre
The Toppen Shopping Centre, which is located next to IKEA Tebrau, will be officially opening this 13th of November! The shopping mall features four (4) floors of retail space with more than 300 brands. In addition, the mall will have an open-air garden, play area, parent-child space, and dining area.
2. Sunway Big Box
The Sunway Big Box, built by Sunway that is considered one of the top 5 companies in Malaysia, will be come to its full 0peration on December 18, 2019. It is a 24-acre shopping mall that not only has multiple dining and trendy option, but it also hosts the first Happy Fish Swim School with a 25-meter heated lap pool, not to mention the 16,000-square-foot EnerG X Park trampoline.
3. Larkin Junction
This 2019, Larkin Junction is expected to open in the heart of Larkin, bringing together entertainment, dining, books, electronics and more. Thus, creating a new generation of a quality shopping mall.
4. Eco Galleria Iskandar Puteri
Eco Galleria is a 13.8-acre integrated commercial development that is expected to enter the Iskandar Special Economic Zone in Malaysia in the coming year of 2020. The shopping mall will have a strong British style, given the fact that is inspired by the fashionable high streets of Britain, which allows people to experience like they’re shopping in Europe.
5. Paragon Market Place
Paragon Market Place is a three-storey building featuring a 5-acre area, which will be located in the heart of the Tampoi District. It is jointly developed by the Soft Land Group and the Guo Pacific Group. The new shopping is expected to open its door to the public in 2020.
