Set to open in the third quarter of this year, 2016, Paradigm Mall JB is a major milestone for Johor Bahu. This RM1.5 Billion groundbreaking project of WCT Holdings BHD is the first and largest regional mall in the region. Aside from that it is a home for Johor’s many first:

4. 20,000 sq ft ice-skating rink.
5. First and largest Indoor rocknasium in Johor.
Located along Skudia Highway, one of the busiest highway in the state, Paradigm Mall JB will just be a 10-minute drive away from the city centre and 20-minute drive from Legoland, Nusajaya, Iskandar, and Singapore. It will be a part of the integrated commercial development that will hopefully transport the retail and tourism landscape in the southern gateway of Johor.
Tourism and Culture Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Nazri Aziz hopes that with integrated developments such as Paradigm Mall, Malaysia’s tourism will boost internationally.
