The Ministry of Health issued a statement to recruit volunteers to join the frontline for handling Covid-19 pandemic. The vacancies currently open to volunteers that are medical officials, dentist officials, medical assistants, nurses, environmental health officials, environmental health assistants, and medical laboratory technicians.
Application Conditions
• Aged between 18 and 60 years old
• Physically and mentally healthy
• Non-pregnant (for women)
• Obtained employer approval
• Not medical staff of the Ministry of Health
• Willing to be distributed to location where needed services
• Have not been in contact with Covid-19 patient in the past 14 days
The Ministry of Health also stated that the Ministry of Health will not prepare transportation, accommodation, meals, allowances or salaries for volunteers during voluntary service. All expenses during the volunteer service period will be borne by the volunteers.
