Since 1995, Internet Explorer has always been one of the classic browsers. Microsoft announced that it will completely terminate Internet Explorer browser services on June 15 next year. It will be fully replaced by the Microsoft Edge browser to provide faster and safer web browsing services.

Microsoft recommends users to download the latest Microsoft Edge browser as soon as possible before the IE browser is retired. The Microsoft Edge browser has more built-in functions, which is more convenient and faster to use. In addition, users do not need to worry about being unable to log in to the old IE page, because Microsoft Edge also supports the browsing function of IE pages. According to Microsoft, the browser is subject to an average of 579 password attacks per second. Compared with the Internet Explorer browser, Microsoft Edge is more secured, able to fight network malware and phishing programs quickly, and constantly monitor users to check whether any password is being attacked. The security level could be even higher than their competitor Google Chrome.

Microsoft also stated that the Windows 10 system will be converted from IE browser to Microsoft Edge browser. At that time, users only need to follow a simple setting process to immediately change the information saved in old version of IE browser pag, such as password, favourites and browsing history. Personal data will be transferred to Microsoft Edge.
