The public only needs to click to enter the Helpdesk and click Vaccination Appointment to inquire about the vaccination appointment related questions.
In addition, for those people who have successfully registered for the AstraZeneca vaccination earlier, but have not waited for the appointment notice, it may caused by wrong typing of IC number or passport number entered in MySejahtera application. Therefore, the public can go to the homepage of MySejahtera, click on the COVID-19 Vaccination icon, and then click on Vaccine for XXX (name) to check whether the entered information is correct.
