Kedai Tenaga
In states that observe Sunday as the rest day:
Operation Hours is 9 am – 4 pm, Monday to Friday (except public holiday)
In states that observe Saturday as the rest day:
Operation Hours is 9 am – 4 pm, Sunday to Thursday (except public holiday)
TNB CareLine:
Supply and street lighting interruption: 15454 (24 hours)
Account inquiries, bills and others: 1300-88-5454 (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
